Successful referral: A new user uses the referee’s unique referral link to sign up, opens a brokerage account and makes an initial deposit of at least $100 within 30 days of signing up.   1. Duration：from 12/1/2020-12/31/2020
  2. Clients who are interested in participating in Webull’s referral promotion can locate their referral link by going to MENU >>> PROMOTION CENTER >>> INVITATION BONUS.
  3. Receive 10 free stocks for the first 2 successful referrals during the promotion duration. Every successful referral after will grant the referee 2 free stocks each. Each stock is valued between $8 - $1600.
  4. Between 12/1/2020-12/31/2020, your first successful referral will grant you 2 stocks; your 2nd successful referral will grant you 8 stocks; After that, every successful referral will only grant you 2 stocks.
    Example:
    From 12/1/2020-12/31/2020,
    -You successfully referred Mary to join Webull on 12/2. You will receive 2 free stocks.
    -You successfully referred John to join Webull 12/5. You will receive 8 free stocks.
    -You successfully referred Tommy to join Webull 12/10. You will receive 2 free stocks.

  6. Free stocks: These reward stocks will be distributed from Webull's inventory of settled shares held specifically for this promotion. When the stocks were purchased, Webull made sure they were above the price range we promised. Due to market fluctuation, some stock values may drop from the time we made the purchase. Please understand that we do not have control over the fluctuation of the market.
  7. Webull is not responsible if your invitee’s brokerage account goes into the negatives due to a failed transfer. Once the user has attempted to participate in this promotion, they will no longer be allowed to participate in any other “initial deposit” promotions, you will not get your free stocks either.
  8. Clients may hold or sell the awarded stock that has been credited to their account. Money received from the sale of the stock can only be withdrawn after 30 days. It may be used to buy other eligible securities in the account.
  9. Stock allocation is random and determined by an algorithm. As such, odds of allocation of specific stocks can vary at any given point in time according to the composition and levels of the program stock inventory.
  10. The program stock inventory is composed of stocks with a minimum market capitalization of $2.5 billion and trading either on the NYSE-listed or NASDAQ-listed markets. The current program inventory is composed of widely held, recognized brand names and consumer & service-related industries. Stocks from the following program stock inventory: Stock in the $8/share - $30/share range, approximately 1:1.02; stock in the $30/share-$100/share range, approximately 1:52.63; stock in the $100/share - $200/share range, approximately 1:1111.11; stock in the $1000/share - $1600/share range, approximately 1:10000.
  11. Once the stock is awarded to the participants, they have 30 days to claim it. Any free stocks not claimed after the allotted amount of days reverts back to Webull.
  12. Stock awarded is credited to customer accounts approximately fifteen (15) trading days after being claimed.
  13. Stock distributed under this promotion does not constitute a recommendation for its purchase, sale or holding.
  14. Customers may hold or sell awarded stock once credited to the customer’s account. The value from sale of the stock can be withdrawn or used to buy other eligible securities in the account.
  15. Where required by applicable rules and regulations, the value of all Webull Financial LLC offers received may be reported as Other Income on Form 1099-MISC. Webull Financial LLC is not responsible for any taxes related to this stock reward program.
  16. The offer is valid only for new brokerage accounts with Webull.
  17. This program is only open to U.S. residents currently living in the U.S., who are at least 18 years of age with a valid Social Security Number. Employees, contractors, or persons similarly associated with Webull Financial LLC or a Webull affiliate, members of their household and employees of any securities regulatory organization or exchange are not eligible for this program.
  18. At its discretion, Webull Financial LLC reserves the right to adjust the referral program parameters.
  19. Webull prohibits all users from placing commercial ads on any platforms impersonating any person, especially Webull. Webull reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer and/or cancel any Reward(s), and seek remedies and damages (including attorney fees) to the fullest extent of the law, if Webull finds a Referrer to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Program or violating these Terms and Conditions in any way.
  20. Webull Financial LLC reserves the right to decline participation of certain customers in its programs. If we suspect a user of creating multiple accounts, we reserve the right to suspend and/or shut down their accounts.
  21. Webull Financial LLC reserves the right to terminate the referral program at any time without notice.
  22. Other restrictions may apply and will be posted on the Webull APP or website prior to effectiveness.
